Rough Storyboards/ Animatics
These are early explorations of original stories and characters, presented through rough storyboards and animatics. They capture the foundational stages of visual storytelling and animation planning.
The Disturbed
This short and rough animatic was created as an experimental project focusing on the word “Disturbed”. A being feels the viewer’s gaze slowly turning and facing the fear of being looked upon. Anxiety twists this being’s form turning him into a monstrous site. Within this monster is a winged eye, representing good intuition and protection from evil.
Bedeviled Sequence
This storyboard was based on a concept called Bedeviled which follows a 26-year old college student named Ezekiel who is a solitary man marked by a life of dark rituals and forbidden knowledge. He unknowingly becomes the vessel that houses nine demons, each embodying a potent human emotion. Over time, these demons root themselves within him, turning his body into a living prison—a twisted version of Dante’s Inferno, where flesh and spirit serve as the nine circles of hell.
Plutonious
This animatic follows a memory sequence based on my original character, Plutonious, based on the chemical element Plutonium. He walks through a hallway similar to the lab that he was created in. Behind each door is a different memory that leads him to knowing what his purpose is and that is to seek revenge on those that experimented on him.
Early Storyboard
The following media was a storyboard project in which I was challenged to create a story based on an original concept in 16 frames. This was the first draft of my Bedeviled series in which we enter the mind of Ezekiel, the human, to find the imprisoned demon of Chaos. He is called upon to unleash his wrath within Ezekiel’s psyche, ultimately leading to his destruction from within.
