This poster was created to highlight one of the characters in my Bedeviled series, the manifestation of Peace and Order. I wanted to the typeface to mimic the fantastical aspect of this character and series.

This piece focuses solely on the illustrated character and background. I wanted to showcase how the two entities coexist and challenge myself to not let one overpower the other.

The environment for this character speaks to his name, Peace and Order. The columns were influenced by Greco Roman architecture which represent strength, structure, and order much like the traits of this character. Both entities are a reflection of each other.

This character embodies the concept of desire, taking form as a being caught between the celestial and the infernal—half angel, half demon. His violet skin is the result of an encounter with Lust, another entity in my Bedeviled series. Torn between Heaven and Hell, he is tormented by an insatiable longing for divinity, yet remains consumed by the corruptive nature of desire itself.

This dynamic pose captures Desire in an action pose in which he is ready for battle. The staff he holds is used to rip out a human’s deepest desires and use them to manipulate them.

This frontal pose was designed to fully showcase the character in all his grandeur. His attire draws inspiration from ancient Greek tunics traditionally worn by gods and goddesses, evoking a sense of classical divinity. As the embodiment of desire, he is deliberately adorned with excessive ornamentation—reflecting an unrelenting yearning for opulence and transcendence.

This pose showcases Desire with no weapons, just his intimidating and powerful appearance.

This hand study highlights his sharp, talon-like fingers—an extension of his predatory nature. In one hand, he holds an ultraviolet flame, a physical fragment of a human's deepest desire, extracted using the staff he wields as both a conduit and instrument of power.

Plutonious is a character I created for an original series inspired by the manifestation of chemical elements. Based on plutonium, he has a metallic form with grey skin and glowing orange streaks that reflect his volatile, bomb-like power.

These were early sketches I came up with for Plutonious. The rings that out from his head are part of his skull. When enraged, they glow with orange like the rest of the streaks on his body. They allow for his explosive power to shoot in infinite directions.

I created this portrait to highlight Plutonious’s troubled mind, often disturbed by the memories of being tortured and used in a lab in which humans used him for destructive purposes.

This is a portrait of Uranious, the secondary character in this series based on Uranium. He is not a menacing character but rather much larger and more powerful than Plutonious.

This piece captures the moment in this story when Plutnious awakens Uranious who slumbered for thousands of years deep within the Earth. I wanted to capture the immense form of Uranious compared to the smaller stature of Plutnious.

I created this piece to highlight what Plutonious’ destructive power looks like.

This interpretation of Taurus takes the form of a hybrid bull-human figure, drawing inspiration from the mythological centaurs of ancient Greece. The design reimagines the zodiac sign as a formidable, mythic being that embodies the strength, stability, and grounded essence traditionally associated with Taurus.

The back design was crafted to emphasize the essential elements of the Taurus sign while visually representing its constellation. My aim was to present this information in a clear, structured, yet illustrative manner. The ornate border and cosmic background were incorporated to seamlessly integrate these cards into the celestial realm.

This interpretation of Gemini explores the duality of light and dark, good and evil, night and day. As celestial twins, they embody the delicate balance inherent in human nature. Their forms are designed to reflect a harmony between the masculine and the feminine, expressed through their fluid, dance-like poses and adorned with elaborate ornamentation.
